Ahoy there shipmates! The Old Time Sailors are setting sail for a venue near you...This year, UK audiences are invited to jump aboard the good ship The Sailorette and join the raggle taggle band of sea gypsies for an adventure on the high seas; time travel, theatre, and roaring tunes!

An all senses interactive experiential show that pulls out all the stops, you're invited to find your sea legs, sing and dance along and join our trumpet led conga around the ship ! As a member of the crew you'll chart a course for the 19th century, a period of intrepidnautical exploration, camaraderie and chaos; immersing yourself in an evening of traditional seafaring music, songs and shanties infused with Celtic Rock, punk and ska, among other surprises. Led by Captain Nicholas Moffatt the ensemble of 20 brave musicians, multiple voices and over 30 traditional and modern instruments, play a repertoire of over 40 songs, the band play fully unplugged to ensure a dynamic and interactive experience.

As part of this unique show, every member of the audience will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the ‘Sunday Sailor’, the groups’ custom-made, newspaper-styled programme which includes the lyrics to all of the songs to be performed across the night ,leaving you no excuse not to join in.

Assisting revellers with an authentic kind of drinking apparatus perfect for the occasion, official Old Time Sailors tankards will also be available to buy on the night. Promising a feel good, endorphin elevating, sensory-popping show unmatched in its musical genre, expect to step inside a magnificent stage set with realistic traditional dress for a night specifically designed to provide a vividly real sensation of being aboard the Old Time Sailors’trusty 19th century vessel.

Audience fancy dress is wholeheartedly encouraged, so pull out your finest seafaring garments and sign up for an adventure at sea as one of the Old Time Sailors ship mates and embark on what is destined to be the voyage of a life time.

We are London's Original day time comedy club designed for grown ups but baby can come too!

See top comedy from TV and the comedy circuit with out having to book a baby sitter .

Doors to the pub open 11.30am Show starts at 12.30pm till approx. 2.15pm ( with short interval ) .

We have soft mats , baby change facilities and limited Pram parking space. Please feel free to feed , change , stand with your baby acts are very respectful - A baby crying is nothing compared to a rowdy Saturday hen or stag do gig !

*Acts do their normal club sets with adult material, which is why we recommend age limit is for up to 15 months. We don't want their first naughty word to be from us ! And it’s no fun for you if they are walkers ! The pub does food which can be ordered before or after the show .

If your baby is sleeping or can’t be held , we highly recommend you bring car seats, slings or use the basonet of your pram .

Buggies can be stored in the main bar. There is limited buggy space so would be great if you can fold buggies or bring a sling . We will have helpful staff on hand

Please for twins or if you are a multiple birth parent please get in touch before the show so we can accommodate room for you and we can be ready to help.

Please note expectant parents , aunts , grandparents , friends all very welcome .

We do our best to make parents & baby feel comfortable , but with the excitement of a comedy club atmosphere .

Live Music: Cormac Russel + Michael Gough

Cormac Russell - Canadian born but raised in Ireland, Cormac Russell has taken his music across the globe, including tours across Europe and China. He released his acclaimed seventh album titled A Novel Ark last year, which won some very favourable reviews in the press, as well as airplay on national and international radio. He will be releasing his eighth LP titled 'First Class' this spring. Recording all the instruments himself at home, he draws from a wide range of influences; from indie bands like Radiohead and Pavement to literary giants like James Joyce and F. Scott Fitzgerald. He has recently been gigging London venues with a new live band that he's assembled consisting of Daniel Kabakov on drums and Robbie O'Keeffe on bass.  Notable dates have included shows at The Finsbury and The Beehive.
