Live Music: The Properness + Divided Compass

The Properness formed in the heart of South East London, uniting an Irish singer/guitarist, an Aussie drummer, and a London-born bassist. Inspired by the spirit of late 20th-century punk and rock, their music is a mix of high-energy grit and melody as well as storytelling lyrics that reflect a defiance of modern life, while observing both its flaws and its fleeting moments of beauty. With electrifying live performances and an unmistakable chemistry, The Properness are breathing new life into rock ‘n’ roll.

Divided Compass is an Indie Pop Band based in London formed of Joshua Ulysses (Vocals/Guitar/Synth), Reuben Thomas (Guitar/Backing Vocals), Jude Warham (Guitar), David Whitmore (Bass) and Wilfred ‘Freddie’ Pease (Drums) with Louis Moorhouse as Co-Producer)

Influenced by the likes of Bastille, Fickle Friends, The 1975, The Wombats and many more, Divided Compass uses it music to storytell ambitious concepts and emotions!
