Women Do South Festival - Singer Songwriter Extravaganza

9pm - ‘Saskia Music’ London based singer/songwriter Saskia writes music that meets somewhere in the middle of jazz, pop and funk. Saskia is currently studying songwriting at The British and Irish institute of Modern Music in London and has recently released her first single “socks”, that was selected as a “fave find” on Sarah gosling’s weekly BBC introducing radio show.

8.20pm - ‘Saphyira’ an aspiring french-born singer-songwriter and accomplished pianist. Her influences stem from artists such as Sam Smith, Tori Kelly, and Alicia Keys. She specializes in pop music and caters to french and English music lovers: her music is usually described as soulful, pure, and honest.

7.40pm - ‘Alice Lord’ a psychedelic jazz artist and producer based in London. She has played gigs around London at notable venues such as The Troubadour,  Half Moon Putney, The Bedford, New Cross Inn and Moustache Bar.

7pm - ‘Kim Nanninga’ Dutch singer-songwriter Kim Nanninga creates her signature sound by combining classically influenced guitar arrangements and poetic lyrics. Her songs live in the realms of folk, rock and pop.
