8.45pm - West on Sunset - London-based, playing a modern, melodic and powerful mix of funk, soul and retro-styled, pop songs. Their influences include; Curtis Mayfield, Prince, Steely Dan, James Brown and Marvin Gaye.
Such a groovy, retro-modern funk mix of original songs and mucho soul! Breathing in the old skool vibes! ; ) raw and passionate 70s' grooves and the real heart and soul that was around back then.
