The most fun you can have this Halloween without taking your costume off …
On the 100th anniversary of the classic horror film’s original release, Theatre Non Grata are bringing Nosferatu both to the stage and back from the dead. This hilarious, risqué and spooky adaptation has everything you need to put the “fun” back into funeral: drag; a talking severed head; an ode to that scene in Risky Business where Tom Cruise dances around in his underwear – all sprinkled with a dash of black and white movie charm.
When the mysterious Count Orlok summons Philip & Margaret Hutter to his remote Transylvanian castle in the mountains, the couple soon find themselves up to their necks when Orlok reveals his true vampire nature. Will the couple’s good friend (and alleged vampire expert) Van Helsing be able to help them? Or will it be lust for more than just blood that keeps the couple trapped there?
Find out at the Clapham Fringe on October 5th and get spooked rather than just ghosted this Halloween …
