RUBY CROSS

"Intricate guitar lines and punchy beats swirl around Ruby’s rich, soulful vocals and give them an irresistible air of vibrance while poetic lyricism showcases a more vulnerable side" - WHEN THE HORN BLOWS

Ruby Cross is a singer songwriter born and raised in Herne Hill, South London. Learning to sing from a young age and encouraged to listen to the likes of Etta James & Led Zepellin, Ruby could often be found guest appearing at South London pubs with her Dad's Blues Rock band during her early teenage years, and these experiences would prove invaluable in developing her confidence singing live.  Following her debut performance under her own name Upstairs at Ronnie Scott's in March 2019, Ruby has gone on to to sell out local venues such as Off the Cuff in Herne Hill and has amassed over 180k streams on Spotify off her own back. She recently recorded a number of new songs at Propagation House Studios in Cornwall. Her next single 'Sweet Love' is set to land on 11th November 2022.

FAMILY JOOLS (acoustic)

"Itchily contagious. The group blend rootsy Americana with 60s bubblegum pop" - CLASH.

Packed with neat guitar riffs, smooth vocals and touches of brit-pop, Family Jools have been compared to The Band, Gram Parsons, The Beatles and even the sound of classic Northern Soul with a definite 70s feel about them.
