Live Music: H.Eldritch + Ben Burwell

9.30pm - H.Eldritch - h. eldritch is the sound of a restless soul - a project by singer, songwriter and producer Harry Houseago, existing on the fringes of indie folk, dirty electronica and arena rock.

Live, h. eldritch are a powerhouse duo with songs and showmanship in spades. Finely-crafted acoustic guitar lines combine with imaginative hybrid acoustic/electronic grooves and vocals that drift from delicate falsetto lines to impassioned roars, with Harry on the strings and words and ingenious drummer/percussionist Oscar Reynolds on the sticks and skins.

The unmistakable sound and thrilling live show won them the opening slot on the main stage of the Bath Festival 70th Anniversary - on the same stage headlined by Paloma Faith and Robert Plant.

These songs are about all the ways you can try to be human. h. eldritch gives you the ghosts and the machines.
