London-based artist, & producer and presenter Jem Wax is excited to invite you to the Jem’s Gemz Live debut at The Bread and Roses, Clapham. Inspired by her monthly Brixton Radio Show, one can expect an evening of fresh up-and-coming RnB, Soul and Hip-Hop talent, with a stunning line-up including TÉODORA, Amy Hardman and Sophiz. Jem and band will also be featuring, bringing some rap, jazz and infectious energy to close the night on a buzz.

With a cheeky stage persona and tight, funky band sound (think Jorja Smith reimagined vibes) a head bopping backdrop for jem’s signature sun-spoken sound which blends elements from Jazz and Hip-Hop. The multi-instrumentalist delivers a fresh pop perspective through earthy tones and catchy hooks with frank and funny lyrical boldness and has had multiple airplay on BBC Introducing 3CR for her tracks 'Lazy', 'Love Love' and 'La La'. Appearances at Sofar Sounds, Piano Smithfields, Katzpace and female fronted Matchstick Festival this summer are evocative of her unique style, sound and budding live presence.

Amy Hardman is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter from South London. Her music is heavily inspired by Neo-Soul, RnB and Jazz, taking you on a journey through her emotive lyrics and soulful melodies. Her first single 'Wasted On You', is out on all streaming platforms now, expect lots of new music over the coming year.
Sophiz, a rising star in London’s music scene! Her powerhouse voice embodies the rock and soul legends of the past and present, leaving her audiences mesmerised. With a distinctive blend of Canadian, Italian, and Mauritian heritage, her warm and sultry sound captivates hearts. Drawing inspiration from icons like Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin, Beyoncé, and Amy Winehouse, she weaves memorable hooks and melodies into her own unique sound.
