8.30pm - BAUPLAN - a high-energy four-piece (guitar, bass, keys, drums) from SW London (Roehampton, or Rotown, as they call it) playing melodic originals in a style they call Hard Pop - the bastard offspring of indie, new wave, classic rock and power pop. Their independent debut album Fame.Jazz.Void (Rotown Records) is out now and they have been hitting the London club circuit hard.
